- Eliminate Unhealthy Starches
- Eat Only When Hungry (Not when bored)
- Exercise at Least 4x a Per Week (Minimum)
- No Eating After 8PM
My 30 Day Challenge Goals
- Drink at Least 64 oz of Water Daily.
- Juice at Least 4x Per Week.
- No Heavy Eating After 7PM.
- No Eating After 9PM.
- In Bed by 10PM at Least 3 Nights Per Week.
Monthly Weight Loss Goal: 8lbs
